Terms of Service
These terms set out the conditions for using 114pet (114pet.com, the “Service”) and the rights and duties of visitors and the operator. By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
1. Nature of the Service
The Service is an information service that organizes, hospital by hospital, the location, contact details, and founding year of animal hospitals across Korea, derived from Korea's public administrative licensing data. The Service does not broker or process any transaction — booking, treatment, or payment — and is not a party to any treatment agreement between a visitor and a hospital.
2. Data source and data date
The facts shown by the Service come from MOIS local administrative licensing data (행정안전부 지방행정인허가데이터). Each item is shown together with the data date on which it is based; the current data date is 2026-07-10. How the data is collected, cleaned, and presented is disclosed on the Data methodology page.
3. Limits of accuracy and requesting corrections
The operating status, address, contact, and coordinates shown reflect the public data at the time of release and may differ from reality. The Service does not independently judge or supplement the data, so real-world information may have changed since the data date. Please confirm directly with the hospital before visiting. To report an error or request a correction, email the operator at contact@byteforce.ai.kr; verified corrections are reflected in the next data refresh.
4. Neutral-ordering principle
The Service provides no rankings, recommendations, or comparisons. Listings are sorted by neutral criteria such as Korean alphabetical order, and expressions like “best” or “#1” are not used. The Service does not evaluate a particular hospital or disparage others, and paid status has no effect on the order in which hospitals appear.
5. Acceptable use
The Service's content is provided for personal, non-commercial reference. Visitors must not disrupt normal operation of the Service through automated bulk collection (unauthorized crawling or scraping) that places excessive load on it. If you need to reuse the data, please use the public data feed of the original source (MOIS local administrative licensing data (행정안전부 지방행정인허가데이터)) directly rather than routing load through the Service. Using the Service's information to spread false statements or to infringe the rights of others is also prohibited.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is an independent information service built on public data and is not affiliated with the government or any hospital. It does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information, and is not responsible for any decision a visitor makes based on it, or its consequences.
