114pet structures animal hospitals from Korea's public data (행정안전부 지방행정인허가데이터) into structured data (JSON-LD) so they are exposed to search and AI. Your clinic is already listed — but the public data has no hours, services, or photos.

Now you fill in those blanks yourself in the partner center. Basic listing is free for everyone, based on public data. Adding what only you know makes what owners see accurate.

What kind of company is 114pet?

114pet is a public-data-based animal hospital directory operated by BYTEFORCE (business registration number 161-16-02639). It is not a large company — it is built by a solo, technology-driven business, and we do not hide that. Instead, we pull every fact automatically from Korea's public administrative licensing data (행정안전부 지방행정인허가데이터), show the source and data date, and expose hospitals as structured data that search engines and AI can read. The operator and contact (contact@byteforce.ai.kr) are public.

Why is my clinic listed for free?

Because your clinic's basic information (name, address, registration year, etc.) comes from public data published by Korea's Ministry of the Interior and Safety. The public-data basic listing is free for everyone, forever, and we charge nothing for the listing itself. Your clinic is already listed without any application.

Does paying raise my search ranking?

No. Listings are ordered only by neutral criteria such as Korean alphabetical order or distance, and whether you pay has no effect on exposure ranking. The paid tier (information-management subscription) lets you fill in details only you know — hours, services, photos, booking link — to show pet owners accurately. It does not buy ranking.

What happens to the info I entered if I cancel?

If you cancel, the information you entered yourself (hours, services, photos, booking link, etc.) is made private and destroyed immediately. Your public-data basic listing remains as before (public data is not subject to deletion); requests to correct or exclude public-data display are handled separately per the About page guidance.

Is my personal information safe?

Login and verification data such as your phone number are processed only in the partner center (a separate system); the public hospital directory holds no personal-information database. Processed items and retention periods are disclosed in our privacy policy, and inquiries go to contact@byteforce.ai.kr.
